This work is called Exquisite Corpse. To my understanding, it is actually some kind of game in which one start drawing a figure on a piece of tissue, fold it, and pass it to another person who continues to draw it, who then folds it and pass it to another person and so on so forth. The end product will be the Exquisite Corpse.
